Apply a few drops of the Deep Face Oil Serum to clean, dry skin.
Use the Gua Sha dragging it from the center of the face upward and outward. Always dragging 3 to 5 times with gentle, slow even pressure.
1. Start with the neck/chin area and drag to the jaw under the ear.
2. Start at the corner of the mouth and drag upward towards the ear.
3. Start at the edge of the nose and drag upwards over the cheek bone to the just below the temple.
4. Under eye to temple.
5. Eye brow to top corner of the forehead.
6. Center of the forehead just above the eyebrows to the top of the forehead meeting the hairline.
Use the Jade Roller as usual or refrigerated to handle puffy face and eyes. Roll on face in upward motions from center of the face, same motions as the Gua Sha instructions above.
Use morning and/or evening as part of your skincare ritual.
