At Natu Botanicals, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are cosmetics, we cannot accept returns once an item has left our facility. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@natubotanicals.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  • We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

If a physical return is required (for example, damaged goods needing investigation), the responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • If the issue was due to our error or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If dissatisfaction is subjective, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Products beyond the 30-day purchase window are not eligible.
